Raya Health SMS Notifications

Raya Health sends care-coordination and account text messages to users who have opted in:

• Circle invitations — when a family member invites you to join their care circle, and reminders until you accept
• New message alerts — when a family member sends you a direct message or mentions you in your circle’s chat
• Care coordinator replies — when your care coordinator responds to a request
• Account notices — important changes to your account

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

SMS notifications are off by default. You opt in inside the Raya Health app:

1. Sign in at dashboard.rayahealth.app
2. Go to Settings → Notifications → Text messages (SMS)
3. Enter your mobile number and turn on “Enable SMS notifications”

If a family member invites you to a circle by text, that one-time invitation is sent at their request; you will only receive ongoing notifications if you create an account and opt in yourself.

Message frequency varies based on activity in your care circle. You will only receive messages for events you’ve enabled.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You’ll receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at team@raya-health.com.
• You can also turn SMS notifications off at Settings → Notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services.
